Refund policy

* Final Sale & No Refunds: All purchases made on hextononline.store are final. Due to the nature of our online products and services, we do not offer cash or monetary refunds under any circumstances once a transaction has been completed.
* Strict No Workarounds: Our non-refundable policy is absolute. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims based on buyer's remorse will not bypass this restriction. 
* Conditional Exchange Exception: While refunds and direct returns are strictly prohibited, exchanges may be considered solely at our discretion if a genuinely valid and verified issue arises on our end. 
* Exchange Terms: 
  * Any request for an exchange must be submitted immediately upon receiving or accessing the product.
  * The final decision regarding whether a reason is deemed "genuine" rests entirely with Hexton management. 
  * If an exchange is exceptionally approved, it will be fulfilled strictly as a product replacement or store credit, not a monetary refund.
